In order to obtain the most flexibility in regards to working time reports, a new menu item has been added, which allows an adaptation of the parameters regarding local/national working time regulations (e.g. overall working hours per shift, average weekly working hours within referential period etc.). This is necessary because they may vary for each country or each company.
These parameters may be defined for a singe company (at menu item Management è Company è edit Company – Working hours ) or for a single fleet as indicated at Management è Fleets è Title of fleet – Fleet - working hours. The latter parameter will dominate parameter regarding a company when compiling the report.
Preset values relate to general directives on working time by the European Union.
Additionally, the working hours per day are verified; they are not to exceed ten (10) hours (èViolation 10 Hours Working Time)
Note 1 For any day that did not register any value will receive the marker “N”; any displayed day with missing data, the icon “?”will be displayed at the detailed overview. The reports will register these missing entries as rest periods.
Note 2 The value Work Day accumulates of all driver events “Rest period”, “Standby”, “Driving” and “Working” recorded between two (2) daily rest periods.
